Harben House: The Best Scientific Skincare
Prescription Skincare Retailer
Between March 2024 and August 2025, I worked at Harben House, an Austin-based prescription skincare retailer, in the role of a Marketing Specialist. In this role ,I worked with the company’s general manager and the rest of the marketing team to maintain the brand’s online image and develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brand partner’s products to customers.
The brand identities of our partners varied, so this position provided the opportunity for me be creative in producing content that reflected the identity of whichever brand we were promoting. Whether it is the floral tones and spring themes of Jane Iredale’s skincare makeup products or the seafoam greens and blues and fish themes of Restorsea and their anti-aging products, I enjoyed the creative process of dissecting a partner company’s brand so that I could be purposeful and effective when reflecting those dissected qualities in the content I produced.
The content that I produced for Harben House ranged from delivering product photos and videos for the brand’s retail website and social channels, collaborating on promotional content for retail partner products, to documenting and livestreaming company events. A couple examples of the video work I did are provided below but more can be found on the company’s website and social channels:

jane iredale
One the brands that I produced the most promotional content for during my time at Harben House is jane iredale. jane iredale called her products The Skincare Makeup (R) because it’s production was inspired by her experience as a casting director and observing the toll heavy makeup use took on the faces of the actors she worked with every day. Creating content that fit within the brand’s themes of nude tones and lowercase lettering was easier once I was able to get a brand guide from the company and start the Harben House digital archive of partner brand guides. This content was produced in partnership with one of jane iredale’s Regional Managers who would contact us whenever there was a new product they wanted to promote.
ColorLuxe
This makeup tutorial demonstrating jane iredale’s ColorLuxe line of products may be my favorite project that I did with Harben House. We really wanted to highlight the pop of color these products created so we decided to create an infinity backdrop in the studio and used a multicam setup to give the ColorLuxe line all the attention that it deserved.

Labor Day Sale
This video served as a looping website banner during the company’s 2024 Labor Day Sale. I took a standard stock footage clip of a couple enjoying their summer in the pool and edited in the company’s logo and sales announcement so that they look to be painted on the bottom tiles of the pool.
